In July 2016, Joe Clare opened the Gallery U for regular exhibitions, which are viewable 24 hours a day.
Clare’s art collection has grown considerably over the past two decades. A former board member of Visual Arts Alberta, his collection includes works in painting and sculpture from artists across Canada, as well as work by significant Cuban artists. His deep interest in art inspired him to add a mural and sculpture garden to his building on 95th Avenue. This has now expanded to become the window gallery.
